Megan & Rich’s elopement day in the Tetons was an absolute dream. It was such a fun, intimate day filled with love & laughter. They invited their closest friends & family and planned a weekend trip to the Tetons late September where they would get married in the most amazing national park.
They got ready at a hotel in Jackson Hole, then we drove to the park for their first look. Their first look location took place along the river where they exchanged intimate vows with one another in front of the most beautiful mountains.
After their first look, we took bridal party photos and drove to the ceremony location, The Wedding Tree. The Wedding Tree is such a special place to a lot of couples who choose to get married in the Tetons. It is a very popular spot in the Tetons between two trees and a breathtaking mountain view in the back. Rich’s dad also live painted during the ceremony and it was such a special touch to the details. After their ceremony they opened champagne and each person from the bridal party shared their speeches to the bride & groom. Once the sun had set a little it was time for golden hour photos, we ran around to a few different locations that they loved until the sun tucked behind the mountain range. We drove back into Jackson hole and took some fun flash photos in front of the iconic Cowboy Bar. (Which was a must of course!)
This elopement day was very intentional. Megan & Rich treated me just like I was family, it was such a joy to capture this day and be part of the planning process. I highly recommend getting married in the beautiful Grand Tetons.
